The house with its own stone terrace overlooking Cappadocia’s famous landscape and the Red river is unique.

A door opens into a charming, private, walled courtyard garden. The house has two bedrooms one is a double with en suite bath/shower/WC and the other is a twin with en suite bath/shower/WC.

The house features vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, and fully equipped kitchen.

Rooms are furnished with Cappadocia antiques and handmade objects that convey simple elegance and a personal touch.

The bedrooms are divided from a large salon complete with Ottoman-style sitting and a fireplaca. The salon opens onto a very large terrace which provides wonderful views over the Cappadocia valleys and the river.

A sofa bed and an extra bed is possible in the salon.

A fully equipped kitchen & livingroom is located on the front part of the courtyard with a beautiful scenery and an Ottoman-style sitting corner.
