HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The house provides the opportunity for guests
to enjoy the privacy and comfort of a private house together
with the facilities of a hotel.
A door opens into a charming, private, walled
courtyard garden. The house has two bedrooms one is a
double with en suite bath/shower/WC and the other is a twin with
en suite bath/shower/WC.
The bedrooms are divided from a
large salon complete with Ottoman-style sitting and a
fireplaca. The
salon opens onto a very large terrace which provides wonderful
views over the Cappadocia valleys and the river.
A separate and fully equipped kitchen & livingroom is located on the front part of the courtyard with a beautiful
scenery, a fireplace and a satellite-TV.
The house is ideal for families, guests travelling
with friends, or simply those requiring space and privacy

BREAKFAST
The breakfast features freshly baked homemade
bread, butter, egg, pastries, cheese and several kinds of
homemade preserves, along with seasonal fresh fruits and
fruit juices. This can be enjoyed on the private terrace
overlooking the river and the valleys that hot air balloons
take place.
LOCATION OF THE
HOUSE
In Cappadocia, it is known as Old Avanos and
at the region which is maintained by Cultural Ministry. It
is 150 metres to the downtown: you can go to the restaurants,
bars, banks, pottery workshops and Kizilirmak riverside without
having to drive.
